I asked a woman out who I know for some time already, and got turned down. She is shy depending on the circumstance, and I'm not so sure if I'll get a positive reaction out of her.

I get a negative reaction out of her, but then at times she teases playfully and shows of mix signals. So its better to leave the ball in her court and give her some space to decide whether she likes me or not, or whether she's happy with her boyfriend.
